These Technology Vocabulary flash cards can be used in so many ways. My favorite is as an independent center. Students flip through the flash cards for an assigned topic and commit the terms to memory.
They also make a great early finisher activity. Or use them as a quick activity at the beginning or end of class.
These are the 6 topics included:
- Coding terms
- STEM terms
- Internet Safety terms
- Gsuite terms
- Spreadsheet terms
- General Computer terms
There are over 200 terms included plus blanks to make more of your own if needed.
If you can print the different topics on different color paper, it makes organization really easy. Otherwise, rely on the numbers in the corners to keep the topics together.
PREPPING THE FLASH CARDS
These flash cards are designed to be folded and glued or laminated.
Another option would be to fully cut them apart and use them for matching games like memory.
BLANK FLASH CARDS
Each set of flash cards has blanks that you can use to make your own.
If you want to type right on the PDF, use a browser extension like Kami or the Pro version of Adobe.
Otherwise, plan to print and hand write the terms you need.
IDEAS FOR STORING
Store the sets of flash cards on rings or in task boxes for easy access.
