Working with Find
When you’re working with longer documents, it can be difficult and time consuming to locate a specific word or phrase. Word can automatically search your document using the Find feature, and it allows you to quickly change words or phrases using Replace.
Tasks:
- Open the template.
- Using the Find and Replace tool, change every word “silly” to “work” and then check to make sure the story makes sense.
- You’ll know it worked correctly if it finds 9 bits of text to replace.
The finished result should look like this:
